Q. What are some benefits of ordering from MotherBees?
    A. - We are mom focused.
        - 12oz per serving.
        - Local and organic as possible.
        - Promoting lactation, calm nerves, and replenish the body after birth & beyond.

Q. When in my pregnancy should I place my order?
    A. Start ordering during your 3rd trimester. The 3rd trimester is the best time to make final preparations for your child's birth and ensure their health – and yours.

Q. What is the last day of the week to order?
    A. We require orders be placed by Tuesday, 5pm, PST. Orders placed after 5pm will be scheduled for the following Monday's delivery.

Q. Is your food freshly made or frozen?
    A. Our foods are made fresh within 48 hours of your delivery date. We flash freeze the food immediately after it is cooked, then vacuum seal the pouches to retain freshness.

Q. When will my food arrive?
    A. Shipments go out every Monday and we aim for a 2-day UPS delivery. MotherBees is not responsible for any spoilage or lost items once packages leave our kitchen. Please double check your mailing address when placing orders.

Q. My package arrived, now what?
    A. Please open immediately and place items in the fridge or freezer. Items placed in the fridge can be eaten within 5-7 days. Freezer items up to 4-6 months. Place packaging materials in your recycling bin or reuse for school projects!

Q. What is the ideal way to heat up the food?
    A. There are three ways to heat the food:
- Stove top: Pour items into a small pot, medium heat, 4-5 minutes.
- Microwave : Pour items into your favorite bowl, heat up to 2 minutes.
- Place the BPA-free safe pouches directly into boiling water, 4-5 minutes.

Q. Is the plastic safe for consumption?
    A. Your health is our number one priority. We use BPA-free and FDA approved, Nylon/Polyethylene pouches and can be frozen, refrigerated, microwaved, or boiled. Our puncture resistant pouches shield food from freezer burn and dehydration, keeping food fresh up to 5x longer.

Q. I have food sensitivities/allergies/dietary preferences (i.e. vegan). Can MotherBees create foods tailored just for me?
    A. No, not at this time. We will be creating tailored diets in the near future. 

Q. Can MotherBees help me lose weight post-pregnancy?
    A. MotherBees is more concerned about keeping your body and mind healthy than it is with numbers. And remember, you need some body fat in order to produce breast milk for your baby!

Q. Does MotherBees have a required minimum order?
    A. Two pouches is the minimum order.

Q. Is MotherBees organic?
    A. We try to use local, organic foods as often as we can.

Q. Something went wrong when I tried to order. What should I do?   
     A. Let us know! We will work with you to ensure that your experience is a positive one, and we want to make up any errors to you.

Q. How to skip deliveries?   
     A. You will need to log into your account. Open the Delivery Schedule tab.
Here you will see all upcoming deliveries for your subscription(s). To skip a delivery you just need to click "Skip" to the right of each relevant delivery.

Q. How to cancel my subscription?   
     A. You will need to log into your account. Click the Subscriptions tab. Next to each of the products you are subscribed to you will see a Cancel button on the right. Easy peasy!

Q. Is customer information maintained in a private & confidential manner?
    A. Yes! We do not post our client's personal information anywhere. We understand that during such a vulnerable time in a mother's life that privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance.
